Step 4: Identify Possible Solution

From the solutions we have given to you, there are also pros and cons that you should know. Here I will discuss the pros and cons of the solution we have given you. Firstly, if we let them share as much or as little as they want to, this can make them feel appreciated for being able to express their problems and feelings to others. This can make him feel right. but the bad part is that it can lead to misunderstandings

After that, if we do not diagnose or second guess their feeling, they will feel comfortable sharing about the problems they face, but if they do not accept the rebuke of others, they will find it difficult to repair themselves by not receiving reprimands from others. Next, if we do not push them too hard to talk about the problems they are having, this will make them feel more comfortable sharing their problems, but if we continue to urge them, they will not fully tell the story and we will not be able to help in solving their problems. We also can advise them not to be controlled by their feelings, we can protect them from doing things that are dangerous to themselves such as suicide.

Then, the way to save ourselves from facing mental health problems is by surround ourselves with good people so that you will get some good vibe from them. if we are surrounded by bad people, this will have a negative impact on ourselves as well. Then we must learn how to deal with stress, so we enable prevent ourselves from being stress. We must clear our minds from the problems we face so that we feel calm and can live a normal life. Then we must set realistic goals for our life. In this way, it will be easier to achieve life goals, but we will slowly improve self-potential.

Other than that, if we facing problems that we can’t handle by ourselves, just ask for help from other people such as our friends or family, it is because they might know how to handle it and you can to lighten your own load. But we cannot always expect help from others because this will make us not believing ourselves, that we can overcome it alone.  After that, we need to accept fate such as if one of our family just passed away, we must accept what just happen. This can make us feel more comfortable when facing it. Then, we need to breathe calmly when faced with a problem. This is because the oxygen can be supplied to the brain and we can also think calmly and find a solution.

Last but not least, if we can control opposite-to-emotion thinking. We act in the opposite way our emotions tell us to act such as we feel frustrated and have a desire to isolate ourselves. So, if we can handle it carefully. This technique may be one of the hardest to play, but if we can manage it, we can manage our feelings no matter how many problems come. The important thing is the opportunity and support from the community in improving their social functionality. This can also can ease the burden of caring for the mentally ill in the community. We all should take this illness.
